XP Cylinder Head
Milled with specially ordered aluminium tools to get the best possible surface.Glass peened to get the good looks and the best possible heat transfer to the cooling water.Skimmed to your required height and custom ordered on squish clearance height and cylinder diameter. The bull nose head is prepared for the group II guiding pins and also plastic guiding bushes is included if your block is not prepared with the guiding pins.Plane cylinder head milling for the flat XP-pistons is also available at a reduced price as no squich milling is required. Prices are based on well-cleaned exchange parts in good condition.

XP-Crankshaft Standard/GT
Standardstroke 72,9 mm. Renovation of crank including: new bearings, new surface treated big end tappets that increase the torsional strength with 30 %, honing of conrod big end and thorough inspection of parts.
When delivering the crank to be renovated, an extra standard crank is also needed to be able to find good rods. If no extra crank is available an extra 500 sek is added to the price.

Stroked 2mm to 74,9 mm. Will give you an engine with more torque due to bigger displacement, altered port timings and higher primary and secondary compression. Complete with thin chrome plated steel rings and lightweight tapered
piston pins. Specially made for tuning or racing applications. Assembly
and porting guide is sent together with the pistons. Available

XP-Cylinder head copper gaskets
For the 750cc 93-engine. And two different layots for the 850 cc engine,engines up to 64 (bull nose), and for 65- (long nose).
Available in thickness of 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 mm to be used to adjust the squish clearance of your engine.Also available is stroker head gaskets of 2mm for the 850cc bull nose and 1.5mm for the 850 long nose engines.
To be used with standard pistons and the 75 mm stroker crank.

XP-Ignitor, breaker less ignition system
Gives a much more exact ignition timing as it is unaffected by the radial play in the distributor shaft. A higher spark energy is available and a better idle is often noted.Very suitable for engines that has been tuned for high speed as ignition cut out caused by bouncing breakers is eliminated.
Also suitable for the one who wants a more reliable and easier to start stroker.The Ignior is mounted on an adaptor plat that is custom made to fit the SAAB storker distributor.
