Solfjädertryckplatta för SAAB 93-96
Sachs 550 kg tryckplatta. Mycket kraftigare än std 300 kg och Sportens 400 kg tryckplatta. God för över 90 hp.
Solfjädern låser hårt utan att kopplingen är tung i nedtrampat läge.
Passar rakt på std svänghjul utan modifiering.
Ej lämplig tillsammans med nedsvarvad V4 lamell pga dess högre fjäderpaket kan ta i tryckplattans nitar.

XP-flywheel
The flywheel is lightened according to the principles used by the SAAB competition department and a weight of below 3kg is often reached.
The well cleaned tradein flywheel is first inspected for cracks. Then it is glass penned and the mating surface to the crank is milled perfectly flat.
The flywheel is placed on the trued mating surface and a CNC mill takes away the surplus material in-between the fastening pillars for the pressure plate.
The clutch disk surface is then milled down 0,25 mm to get a new an perfectly flat surface that is trough down to thousands of a mm instead of tens of a mm that is often the case on used standard flywheels.
Finally the flywheel is balanced to a better standard than original to achieve a low level of vibration and thus low crankshaft-bearing wear.
As a lot of the cast surface has been milled off the balancing is often only a few grams compared to up to 20 grams on a standard flywheel.

The lightening on the flywheel is on a trade in basis and the trade in flywheel has to be uncracked and well cleaned and with a starter ring in good condition.
If the trade-in is uncleaned or in a bad condition an extra charge of 250 SEK will be added to find a replacement flywheel.

XP-Race clutch disk
This clutch disk is special ordered to fit on the three-cylinder SAAB engine.
The friction material is the toughest that the manufacturer recommends to be put to street use.
It is a progressive engagement clutch disc having a compressible clutch plate assembly mounted between the clutch flywheel and pressure plate.
During clutch engagement, the clutch plate assembly and its spring are progressively compressed between the flywheel and pressure plate until the clutch plates
are firmly gripped between the flywheel and pressure plate to permit torque transmission through the clutch without chattering, excessive stress on the clutch or
transmission couplet to the clutch, and other problems associated with conventional clutches.
The design of the clutch plate makes it about 0,4 kg lighter than the standard plate and this is good for speedy gear shifting.
This clutch plate has been used on several rally and racing SAAB’s with very good results.
