Complete set of three 71,25 mm XP forged tuning pistons - Generation 3. The Generation 3 pistons is forged by Wössner in a high silicone alloy to reduce the termal expansion so that a smaller piston play can be used making the engine less noisy when cold. The generation 3 pistons is also about 10 g ligher than the gen 2 pistons. These pistons can be used in blocks that are already bored to 71.0 mm but is worn or have recived a small damage to the bore as the extra 0.25 mm overbore often can clear out a minor damage. 3 mm lower from center piston pin to piston top. This gives an built in exhaust and transfer ports increase by 3 mm and you lower the bottom of the ports reducing the risk of grinding into the cooling galeries.
